A full moon rising,
Carrying childhood memories
Of nights sleeping under the stars.
Staring at the sparkling sky,
And drifting,
With eyes open wide,
When sleep too quickly arrived.
Those were the days,
When little mattered.
Simplicity,
Innocence,
Dreaming the nights away…
