#124-Understanding

Summer beach cabins,

Locked for the season.

Foggy mornings,

Seagulls,

Stormy waves,

Empty, quiet streets.

I lived in a village like this,

But it was long ago.

Closed wooden doors,

Dark emptiness inside,

Old forgotten memories,

That stay alive.

Those rainy days I felt lonely,

But didn’t know why.

Today I understand:

Planting dreams, one day at a time.

Wish I had known then,

What I’m living today…
