#2125-Kingdoms
26/05/2023
Majestic trees,
Especially in the spring,
Transport me back,
To childhood days,
Now far away.
When we climbed,
Hid among the leaves,
Pretended to be rulers,
Of vast empires,
Like ancient Greece.
So when turbulent days,
Emerge to distract my peace,
I rewind time,
To those days gone by.
They are my compass,
To finding again,
That which matters,
And truly is real.
