They’re there somewhere.
Below.
In their own world.
And me,
Flying,
Staring into blue,
Daydreaming,
On my planet.
Can thoughts reach?
Can feelings touch,
From afar?
It’s late.
My mind wanders.
Wish I could smoke.
Can’t.
Stare outside.
Let cloudy thoughts drift,
In sync with music,
In this noisy,
Digital world.
Packed like sardines.
Without wings.
Yet soaring.
Above it all.
