These days,
I too feel rusty.
Eyes bulging.
Grown over.
Overwhelmed.
Emotions ebb and flow,
And I try,
To smile at it all.
Often it works.
When it doesn’t,
Old paths travelled,
Help regain perspective.
Life is plentiful.
All I need do,
Is look around,
Remind myself, and
Remember.
