Sometimes,
Doing the unexpected,
Simply doesn’t appeal.
Best avoid, and
Take the easy route.
So quiet whispers,
Sometimes say.
Only if we could hear.
So, when confusing thoughts arise,
On cold, cloudy days,
Then maybe, it’s time,
To close eyes and ears,
Listen to intuition, and
Head south, or north.
Just not where the past,
Or taught logic,
Once led.
