#1408-Traditions

Lemon slices,

Adorning a pine tree.

A neat trick.

How can this be?

Things are different

Than what they seem.

Would you believe,

A soft, gentle stew,

Of Spring’s fresh leaves,

Lemon, and wild Klee.

A rare concoction

In today’s world.

But in some places,

Where silence alone lives,

Some old traditions,

Gently simmer on.
