#1786-Ease
In my youth,
Self-complexity appealed.
Seeming mysterious and deep,
An end most pleasing.
To impress was the goal.
But what did I know.
Following a path,
Filled with stones and holes.
But as years passed,
An invisible net was cast,
For meaning to one day arrive.
Appearances matter not,
Simplicity need be sought, and
Peace of mind can’t be bought.
