#1958-Apprehension

Today’s climb feels daunting.

Many steps to overcome,

Without mental clarity,

As to what may come.

But if I focus on today,

Relinquishing mental play,

Tomorrow will arrive,

With more steps to climb.

But those of today,

Will have melted away,

Into a quiet yesterday,

When with worry,

I laughed and played.
