#2090-Otherwise
On days,
When my world,
Feels foggy and cold,
I light a fire,
Drink coffee,
Smoke,
Wait for tomorrow.
Obscurity and me,
Do not go hand in hand.
I need clarity,
To feel whole and alive.
Despite age-old wisdom,
That may say otherwise,
I wait these days away,
Until clarity,
Finally comes my way.
It is not easy,
Following one’s path.
Especially when the world,
Constantly reminds you,
To be otherwise.
