#219-Next time

Walking through the fields today felt different. The usual dense morning grey had given way to patches of light fog. The sun was trying to peek out somewhere above the clouds, making the mixture of light, fog and shadows surreal. I stood and watched for a while; the shifting mist, glistening branches, feeling nature’s tranquility. On days like this, I daydream of taking out a sketchpad to draw the moment. But I’m not an artist. Perhaps in my next life.
