I sat in many,

Empty classrooms,

Studying after hours.

But I hardly recall,

Anything worthwhile.

Maybe life-lessons,

Would have served better,

For the journey at hand.

Still who knows,

If youth would embrace,

Peace and simplicity,

In our competitive,

Noisy world.
