#346-Seeking

Sometimes,

Tears fall.

For no reason at all.

Hold me. Make it better.

Empty wishes.

Child-like illusions.

Eventually they’ll dry up.

But not now.

They need to flow,

Like blood-stained emotions,

Coursing their way

Through clogged,

Life-constricted veins.

So dry riverbeds are carved,

In salty stains,

On nameless faces,

In plain daylight,

Hidden from eyes,

As if humanity were blind.
