Thunder on the horizon.

Darkness above.

A peaceful calm in between,

Echoing silent thoughts,

Extending to eternity.

Not today’s questions,

Yesterday’s dreams,

Or tomorrow’s menace.

It’s the peace,

Hidden in blue,

I seek.
