#10 – A rainy day

Today was cold.
It rained all day.
A dense cloudy sky
Matching the grey I felt inside.
Flat,
Lacking motivation,
Energy,
Inspiration.
It’s mid-August,
Yet feels like autumn.
Evening is arriving early.
It’s getting dark already.
But going to bed doesn’t appeal.
It’s one of those days,
When I wish time would pass,
And tomorrow would arrive.
Every minute of life is a gift.
I know.
Still, if I could,
I would accelerate time.
Ironic and strange.
It’s one of those days
When it’s harder to feel
Comfortable in my own skin…
