Wisdom is everywhere,
Waiting to be found.
Painted on walls,
In obscure books,
A stranger’s look,
Even in a park,
Painted on the ground.
Today’s cue is tolerance.
For all who pass my way,
Especially myself.
It may seem obvious,
Trivial, even repetitious.
But life lessons do repeat,
Until learned.
Now I can face the day,
With a peaceful, childlike smile,
Floating through the hours,
Carefree as to what may arrive.
