Small things,
Bring back memories.
Of innocent days,
When carefree laughter,
In our home reigned.
Playing, laughing,
Running about.
Impervious to doubt.
Ordinary, everyday times,
When days were short,
Nights too long, and
The world beautiful,
Sunny, warm.
