When distractions end,
It’s time to emerge,
And I’m wondering,
Which way to turn,
I look for signs,
To show me the path.
They’re not always clear.
Sometimes hidden,
Often non-existent.
So I close my eyes,
Watch memories rewind,
Wait for thoughts,
To somehow unwind.
I despise these games,
But they are those,
Unconsciously played.
Maybe someday,
I’ll find a different way,
To finally avoid,
These rainy days.
