#25 - Fleeting moments

Past: [br_tc] The fresh green color of the field takes me back to when I was a child and my father used to buy fresh pistachios. Sitting around a garden table in the backyard, we would remove the skin, crack open the shell and eat the little treasure inside. Sometimes I would eat half a nut and chew slowly, trying to make the moment last. It was at times like this that I noticed the green color of the pistachio, just like this field…

Future: [br_tc] I can relate to the small storage house. It’s old, in need of repair and its door is open. I’m not old yet, but well on my way. Looking ahead, I too would like to age like this:

Surrounded by serene beauty.[br_tc] Open.[br_tc] And at peace,[br_tc] With an aging body.
